As you may have noticed in our retreat description, we like to dive deep and explore some challenging topics. While we also have a lot of fun, we want to make sure you're comfortable with that aspect of the experience.

Please know that you are never pressured to share anything you're not comfortable with. However, we've seen amazing transformations happen when women open up and connect on a deeper level.
